Trapolin-Peer is providing State Historic Tax Credits services, which requires a majority of exterior and interior building elements to be retained or preserved per its original design.

Situated along the bustling Freret Street Corridor, residents will have access to quality-of-life comforts such as transportation, groceries, and healthcare. On site amenities include shared space in the converted historic gym, a business center complete with computers and printer, and Wi-Fi. Apartments include in-unit washers and dryers. Off-street parking is available in the secure gated campus featuring access-controlled entry.  Our Lady of Lourdes will be Enterprise Green Communities 2020 certified.
