Situated on a 4.5-acre city block in downtown Pensacola, The Brent Lofts at One Palafox Place underwent a comprehensive transformation. The development required intricate master planning to balance programmatic use and leasable space.
Outcome
The evolution of the city block extended beyond the buildings themselves. An outdoor breezeway, adorned with retail spaces, now connects the block to Palafox Street, providing more than just shelter from the elements. This addition enhances the urban experience, offering convenient access to parking and a shopping corridor.
The outcome was the successful rehabilitation and restoration of three historic buildings, resulting in a mixed-use development featuring 200,000 SF of commercial space and 30 contemporary luxury units.
