The Pearl, formerly named Hotel Saba, is a new five-story boutique hotel located in the planned community of Rosemary Beach, Florida, a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) laid out to encourage and accommodate pedestrian interaction within the community. The TND required a mixed-use component be designed into the hotel including a deep covered gallery for outdoor dining at the restaurant, which creates pedestrian interaction between the building, street, and beach.

The hotel program includes 55 guest rooms, a restaurant, a full commercial kitchen, retail spaces, an internal conference center with a pre-function and reception hall spaces, an exercise building, and related hotel services. A deep covered gallery for outdoor dining at the restaurant further emphasizes the interaction between the building, street, and beach. A tower at the Main Street and Easter Water Street intersection serves as a formal landmark and visual anchor viewable from both the beach and from Highway 30A, the main thoroughfare that bisects the town.
