The objectives include restoring the exterior façade to Vieux Carré Commission (VCC) standards, transforming the interior into a modern three-story office with a focus on functionality, and seamlessly integrating modern design into the historical fabric of New Orleans. The design approach prioritizes occupant needs, emphasizes the integration of modern elements, and enhances the existing environment, weaving contemporary design into the historical context of the French Quarter.

Strategically positioning offices and meeting spaces around the perimeter ensures ample natural lighting. The campus along the Mississippi River at the levee wall is factored into the site plan. Despite the building not having historical designation, exterior renovations align precisely with historical conditions. The renovation specifically caters to offices maintaining the historically significant properties in the French Quarter.
