Designed by Trapolin-Peer in partnership with Gretna-based entrepreneur, Betty Archote, Dough Nguyener’s is a riff on her family name Nguyen (pronounced “win,” thus “dough winner’s”). Now taking shape at 433 Lafayette St, it will feature a production bakery, café, and office space on the second floor.

The menu will feature donuts, Vietnamese-style baguettes and a menu of traditional American and Vietnamese breakfast dishes.
