Paula Peer, one of our incredible principals and leaders, has been recognized by New Orleans Magazine's Women of Impact program alongside many colleagues and friends. Paula is a driving force for not only our firm and our industry, but the New Orleans community at large. Her persistent determination to build a more equitable and resilient future for this city does not go unnoticed.

As a Principal of TPA, Paula has applied her 30+ years of experience with large complex projects to help her firm expand regionally and solidify the firm’s reputation as a leader in sustainable adaptive reuse and new urban in-fill developments. A leader in the architecture community, as well as a trusted advisor to developers and city leaders, Paula provides service and mentorship to numerous committees and organizations with a focus on women empowerment, equitable development practices, and sustainable design. Both professionally and personally, Paula dedicates her efforts to transformative projects that improve education, housing, and services for women, children, and people with disabilities.
